Survival Kit

 

This is what the teacher gave the parents as we walked away from our children on their first day of school.

 

And this is what we found inside:

Kleenex, Hershey “kisses”, a magnet with the teacher’s info and a little note that reads

I will miss you today, but Mrs. Nigh and Mrs. Lazzeri will take very good care of me.  I packed you a few things to help you this morning. I love you and will see you in the car line at 11:30.

Very creative!  And I haven’t cried….yet.
