New Backyard Toys!

We got a couple of great deals at a local kids consignment store on a new outside playhouse and slide.




Arianna and Bernie love to go right outside our
backdoor to their own little play area.

At the park today

hanging
pouting
jumping
pushing
resting
and
hydrating.
Hope your day was just as eventful.

Yum....

You see, these 'digestives', as they call them in England, are probably the reason I gained 10 pounds during my semester in London.

And now my local grocer has them in stock.

Even though their name is not all that appealing, they are tasty 'biscuits' (more like graham crackers to us Americans) that can be used to dip in tea, slather some peanut butter or nutella over or just eat plain.

Let's hope I can resist them because I've still got some baby weight to lose, much less some London weight.

Dance Party!

Arianna was creating some fun of her own dancing around the house. She requested I take pictures of her every move, then she would come running to the camera to see what her moves looked like. And back out to the dance floor (aka living room), she'd try perfecting the move to her own level of satisfaction.

Did I fail to mention that this precious 2nd born child woke at 4:30 am this morning and never went back to sleep until, oh, around 3pm when this picture was taken???
